Stuck at 99%

I have made everything on the GTA Wikia 100% but still i got only 99%. Can someone tell me what i am missing?

Now that's something new for me, I thought 3rd was enough for 100%, and everywhere I read, for Distribution mission you need to sell at least 55 "ice creams".

i dont know how many exacly but i know that the amount isnt directly realated with the 100% but completes the Ice Cream factory witch is directly needed for 100%. As long as you start reciving a rent from it, you're ready to go and thars what i did. I made the amount just enought to start reciving the rent, so i knew i had that chapter done.

I did tought 3rd was enough aswell, but it seems 3rd is only good to give your name on the winning list

i think you have to do stunts with a motor bike like: willy, stoppie ect.

Thanks for sharing your find. I was just playing it on PS4 and getting first place in the Hotring was my problem as well. I at first thought it was the Trial By Dirt and Test Track due to the bug dealing with the finish times and the order they were done in.

If you enter a cheat code, then that take 1% of the 100%, also i was in the same situation a long time ago, but then i discovered that i have to feed the fish (throwing myself into the water and die), that worked for me

ahahahah so a good player cant make the 100%. He must die by drowining first XD I didnt had that problem, as i fed the fishes many times hehehe
Well, anyway the cheats werent the problem. As i said, it was the hotring race
