Any ideas how to get money outside missions (no cheat codes)?

I've got 60k and I just did all available missions. To continue I need to buy a Malibu Club however it's 120k so... Any ideas how could I get quick money without cheating?

I earned quite a lot doing the paramedic sub-mission, plus once you complete level 12 you get unlimited sprint, which comes in quite useful. There is also a way to exploit the Cone Crazy side-mission to earn ridiculous amounts of money, though I've never tried doing it myself.

Aside from that, complete the Vercetti Estate missions (Shakedown, Bar Brawl and Cop Land) and the property will generate $5k over a period of time. Buy lesser properties such as the Boat Yard and the "ice cream" depot, complete their asset missions and you'll generate revenue there as well. Hope this helps.

vercetti estate could give 5k in each day. so u could buy malibu but my opinion u should buy sunshine auto so u can race and get money.Also collecting cars gives lots of money either and if u finnish them all sunshine gives 8k for each day .

One way I got a lot of money at the start was by getting an Undercover Cheetah and doing Vigilante missions. The speed and handling of it is very good for making up lost time or allocating time to repair the car or such things, because Vigilante missions do require a lot of ramming if you are either low or conserving submachine gun ammo.

I'll just get all the required money by doing races already. The longest one gives you 40k and it just take something like 5 min per race.
