No mouse look?

Tommy moves with keys only and no mouse look while driving.
I loaded Silent patch which broke the game, Stops responding when start new game or load saved game. Removed patch files and OK again.

Fixed: change standard controls to classic! You still don't have mouse look while in-car so position your camera before getting in. Also fixed car not rolling when letting off the gas by turning frame limiter ON.
Another note: "xinput9_1_0.dll" does not work in GTA3 and VC so I put "xinput3_1.dll" from SA in 3 and VC and they work.

It happens to me alot. Simply go to the Steam Overlay, then exit out of that, fixes it easily. Although pausing and unpausing can break that, but Overlay fixes it

I faced that problem on original (non Steam) version. The solution was to assign game process to only one CPU core in Task Manager.
