Classic AXIS (camera mod) not working.

Hi i have problems with this mod.

after installing this thing, game crashing.
I can't find any help on GTA forums and You Tube comments section. Maybe one of you can help me?

What version are you using? v2.0 is for 3 only & v1.6 is for 3 & VC... If you're having problems just delete the mod this game is great without it.
For car related camera movements you can use the LCSCarCam mod for III & VC, https://github.com/erorcun/SACarCam/releases/tag/r6

try downgrading your gta vc there are many videos on youtube try that or if it dosent work then try using compatibility mode. hope i could help :)
