GTA: VCS Robbery business impossible to unlock bug?

I know this is not the place to post this, since its from VCS not from normal VC but I don`t know any other place to ask.

Anyway, I almost finished doing 100% of vice city stories except for 1 secondary and the robbery business missions. Already finished main story missions too and I own all 30 business.

For some reason I`m not available to unlock robbery type of business, waited several in-game days so a gang attack a busines but got nothing. And while I was conquering all businesses none of them was for robbery.

What can I do?

I`m condemned to not have 100%?

Playing on ps2 emulator if that helps.

You can change the type of business when you purchase the lot after attacking it. But only if you have unlocked the business type by playing the story.

If you already own the 30 sites before unlocking the robbery business then you are doomed :(

Damn, thanks for your answer mate.
Guess I`ll do 100% another time or maybe if in the future a port for pc exists.
Conquered almost all territories of 2nd island before unlocking it just so I could win a bit more money. There is no avarice without penalty i guess xD
