Hookers don't seem to work

Can't seem to get the health increase off hookers, is it tied to framerate or is this a bug?

They act as a health bonus increasing your health by 50 points. however I cannot seem to get the interaction going. I can get them into the car, but any attempt to park some where and wait is fruitless.

Yeah, triggering hookers is a bit sketchy and you will probably need several attempts. From what I remember, you should look for an isolated, natural/verdant place. Grassy or sandy grounds usually do the trick.
Once you stop for a few moments, and if the place is considered "sexy enough", the car should start bouncing a bit and your HP will be replenished, maybe even go beyond the limit if you've got enough (up to 25 HP above the limit).

it should work on any "natural" terrain i.e. grass, sand, soil, etc. privacy isn't required.

I seem to remember it working on asphalt and in parking garages, I'll give the natural terrain method a shot and see where it goes.

1 Hookers need patience, until they decide to enter your car. Drive really low-speed near them, stop next to them until they notice you.
2 The health bonus is +25 if you are full health, resulting into 125 max. But if you save the game right afterwards, it is gone/removed.
3 To get it, you need to have sex. The camera has to slide and the car start hopping up and down; when she is done, opens door and walks away.
