How to earn money from my own property such as Kaufman Cabs?

You need to complete the mission(s) given by said-property in order for it to generate income that you can collect regularly. In the case of Kaufman Cabs, you have three missions to complete you can trigger by entering the cab inside the depot. Once the third mission is passed, you will be shown a cutscene stating your property now generates money ($5000 for the Cabs I believe).
Also, note that Vercetti Estate counts as a property, so passing its missions also gives you the money pickup!
