How to limit fps to 60?
I've searched around the internet so much, tried a dozen types of mods/plugins for limiting FPS to 60 so I can drift and none of them work. I don't want to play at 30fps, it hurts my eyes. Is there any way to limit the game's framerate to 60?

If you want the game to work properly, you need to play at 30.

In the settings there's frame limitting. Turn it on. It sets it to 30 which you need to run the game properly as the engine gets funky if you have it any higher. :btd6thumbsup:

Also for the future if you want to frame limit I recommend using the limit in Nvidia settings if you have an Nvidia card. Nvidia Control Panel>Manage 3D settings>Limit Framerate

If not you use afterburner and rivatuner. Rivatuner is the program that you can use to limit it but I don't recommend it as it causes issues with some games.

Yes, most of them, I have them at 40fps so I don't feel like I'm lagging (maybe there they put it at 60fps in the video but you can put what you want) the things of getting used to playing at 60fps on pc

In Sanandreas it is where it is most noticeable given that when you go to so many fps you cannot Diving, the same in GTA III, VC, Sanandreas do not turn the cars as they would normally and other things

I was able to get the downgrader to work. I put my FPS to 60 and the driving seems to work as intended. Drifting works like it's supposed to.
