why is vice city stories not on pc?

liberty city stories and china town wars are not on pc steam either why? consoles are fine but im a pc gamer and i love rockstar games and i love the entire GTA series but why dont they give it to us on steam? i know there is a way to play them you have to buy something and i think connect it to your pc can someone please explain? thanks

Because they are simply console exclusives.
There is a fan-made VCS using the SA engine but if I recall correctly it is unfinished and/or abandoned.

rockstar was thinking spreading the game on all the platforms, so they started adding the mobile version of gta lcs. but it didn't sell so well so they didn't even bothered.

Mate both LCS and VCS are one of most sold games on PSP, hell PSP itself was quite good.

i never had a PSP but i agree with your comment. but there is no excuse for rockstar to not put vice city stories and LCS on pc it would have sold so well. i love rockstar games they are one of the best video game developers that has ever lived i just dont understand some of there decisions sometimes.

actually is because of the royalties they would have to pay to Phill Collins, wich is a character in the game, to be able to re-launch it for PC, so it's not worth it.

Phil Collins appears in the game and the licensing to use his likeness ran out. Rockstar I guess assumes they wouldn’t see enough of a return to renew the licensing.

why don't you just go download a PSP emulator bro like PPSSPP. You can find the Rom by going to /Roms on reddit and downloading megathread that will tell you what website you can get the emulator and the Roms from.

Btw you can play with whatever controller you want with emulators. Might have to adjust the control settings though.
