I dare say it's still not worth it. The additions are kind of annoying. All that vegetation makes spotting the base of palm trees harder, so half the time you're crashing into them. And don't get me started on those new islands. You land, your boat disappears, and then you have to die or reload because you can't get off.
I thought it was a drastic graphic overhaul. All the old GTA games have aged like crap, graphically speaking.
Palm trees look better and the new interiors aren't bad. But other than that, kind of pointless.
