Is this playable with a controller? Or how is playing with a keyboard ?

You can play with both. There is an option in the settings that allows to switch between keyboard and controller modes ("Classic and Stardard controls").
However, this game is old so your controller may not work on the first go (or it will work, you have to give it a try).

I personally prefer playing with keyboard/mouse, because shooting is way easier. Driving is a bit less accurate but it's not a big deal to me. If you're looking forward to play with a controller, you should use the "Classic Controls" (I think this is the one you must activate to use a controller optimally).

If your controller doesn't work on the first try, there are mods (GInput, etc.) or simple solutions that you can try, you should Google it and hope for the best.
