i saw that you can decide to not do the mission and still end the game so i'll just not do it

well i don't know about skipping but i can tell how i complete this mission (i've passed the game around 10 times already)
1) you need to relax really, no need to be tense (my friend playing games throw around his controllers)
2) if you can't get it in time, just fly over there to the building and kill all the guards and workers without bombs. as soon as you pick up the first bomb, timer will be set off.
3) to kill people with a rc helicopter you just need to tilt it sideways and they'll be cut
when i take this mission i also get beatdown a little bit and the helicopter may be smoking, i just go on and finish it. it's not that difficult really.

I edited my keys for easier to control the helicopter. I did top to bottom and look at minimap for see square that's on the right level to reach a barrel. If it's triangle, then you need to go up the next level of the building. I ignored npcs, focused on where I was heading, and finished the mission. Just saying when you'd like to finish it someday.
