Save Transferring

So the hard drive that my game is currently on is kinda dying i've been playing for the past 3 days and would not like to start all over again. So if i install on my other hard drive is it possible for me to use the same save if i move it over?

Yes. Saves are located at My Documents / GTA Vice City User Files.
The name of the save is GTAVCsfX (X = slot of your save).
Put it in the same folder once you have your new hard drive, and you should be fine (also save gta_vc.set, I think this is your settings and keybindings).
