I can't find a blood patch who works for the steam version of vice city.

nothing gonna work on steam version, u have to downgrade it first then simply install ceo scripts

Better late than never: That was a pain in the... I had trouble getting it to work too. I tried with steam then downloaded an old dvd iso, then a double CD ISO... Nothing. Finally I looked around on my hard drive for the files I had from back in the day (I bought the game back then, couldn't find my old CDs, but the blood worked just fine years ago on my old windows XP laptop) and I found one!
It's a modified GimpRus exe released by FTF for french and german exe's. I googled the nfo text and found

Despite what it says, it's most probably a 1.0 not 1.1 version. The included nfo is the same as mine and the file size and modification date are the same too. Mine was advertised as 1.0 so...

I just checked minutes ago on a clean french steam install. Blood is there, Rampage is there, cash is dropped and knocked out corpses are whacked. 1920*1080*32 with no widescreen issues. \o/ (didn't check for any firetruck bugs. )

PS: My W7pro PC is set to EN-US for all settings but the keyboard layout (from when I tried everything I read to get rid of the censorship. I'm not sure any of this is necessary with this exe but I was too lazy to switch back and since it works fine now I don't want to break my game again. Game is set to English.)
