Its 90 packages, getting 100 gives you the apache helicopter.
The problem with cheats are, once enabled, you can't disable them, and yes can sometimes do bad things to save files. Its not that hard to get the packages if you follow a guide.
I've noticed some cheats are disabled upon loading a save while others are permanent unless you do the workaround by RockStar Support to disable all cheats. However, for my case the cheat that replaced the male bodyguards at the mansion to females with assault rifles didn't get reverted even after following RockStar's instructions. That must mean that SOME cheats will not corrupt the save file, while most of them will.
Update: If I'm playing as a different character via cheat codes and save the game, it won't corrupt the save file. But if it's combined with the weapon cheats then strangely it will - only by reacquiring weapons from the gun stores or map, along with reverting back to Tommy will it not corrupt it.
btw its Panzer
