Only cubans appear in rampages

Lately only cubans are spawning for rampage missions in places where the cubans would not normally be (like the north point mall). And any other gang that appears (like hatians for example) will not count towards the kill count.

I'ts no big deal, it doesn't break the game, but it does bother me that it does this. In the stats, the Cubans are my least favorite gang because they're the ones appearing in rampages. Other gangs used to spawn but now it's only cubans. I've had this problem years ago as well.

I'd verify your game files. could be that something's missing and cubans may be a default it points to.
