Only with mods. Why? Well as we all know- gta 4 is the worst game from Rockstar, they were lazy and made horrible port from console to PC. YEARS have passed from release of that game and they still havent made patch or additional gta 4 game that is not full of bugs on PC. So i am really sure they wont even think about remastering games they released.

Actually, there's been a remaster version. What's it called you ask? Vice City 10th anniversary edition, released for mobIle devices. It's pretty much a port of the original PC version with updated models, particle effects, better lighting and other stuff you can research on yourself. It's pretty amazing port, the touch controls take a while to get used to but, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GTA game you can take on the go. That's unbelievably amazing!!!

There are mods that port those to PC and or make the game look better.
Maxo's vehicle loader adds tommy vercetti's shadow, Bullet holes, and the ability to add custom vehicles without issue.

Go to the guides section and look for Vice City Reborn. It's a package of mods that make the game like the 10th anniversary with improved graphics. Put about 10 hours into it and its pretty awesome.

Check out Reborn packages for GTA III, San Andreas, GTA IV and Manhunt as well. Can't comment on those yet as I have yet to get to them.

bumping a really old thread here...but it would be nice to see a full rework of the control system. just redo the whole thing. or redo the 60's one. Just because they did that as an expansion for GTA1 doesn't mean they shouldn't revisit that era and even do a whole new game.
