In order to unlock the final two storyline missions, you need similar $ cash icons (in addition to the one you unlocked at the mansion) unlocked at six puchased businesses. Buying a business and completing it's thread (or doing it's specific task) unlocks it's icon. The storyline requires that Printworks is one of those six businesses...the other five are any you choose from the remaining seven.
Once that is finished, a mobile phone call from Printworks will notify you to go there (that is why the storyline requires that business to be bought and completed). This begins the mission "Cap The Collector"...and completion of it makes the final storyline mission available at the mansion."
"You must complete the Printing Works asset + four more assets in order to start the "Cap The Collector" mission.
These are the assets that you can complete in order to move forward with the main storyline:
The Boatyard (one mission)
Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory (one mission)
Pole Position (one "mission")
Kaufman Cabs (three missions)
Sunshine Autos (one mission, I think, but it may take a while to complete)
Interglobal Films (four missions)
Printing Works (two missions)
The Malibu Club (four missions)"
Do ya'll even google.
