99% relic completion

All areas on map that show relic completion have full 100% collection showing (20/20, 11/11, etc.) but my save file shows 99% and the achievement for all relics didn't pop. Did I miss something or is it just bugged somehow?

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

We can see that you don't have the achievement on Steam for collecting all relics 'Relic God'.
Can you please check that you have found every single one? There are quite a few relics, upwards of 60.

It might be worth having a look online for a guide on the relics to see where each of them is.

Last Titan (leg): 10/10

Last Titan (chest): 1/1
Spectre: 20/20
Exodus: 20/20

There is an A relic icon on my completed save file to the right of the 99%.
All pieces of each diorama in relic island seems to be present and accounted for.
I've uploaded screenshots showing the dioramas in the relic island menu and the save file select screen to my account for reference.

Update:
I did notice after taking the screenshots that one of the voxel models in the Vestige diorama wasn't colored. I then watched through this walkthrough and counted the relics:

I came up with 15.
I knew the map said 14/14.
So I replayed it and found a relic I missed.
If the 15 count is right, then it's a bug and the map should be updated to count to 15 for that section. If I miscounted and there are only 14 as the map says, then I hit a bug that counted a relic I didn't collect somehow.

Either way, might be worth relaying to the dev team.

Today, 2nd March 2022 is still happening this bug. 99% Relic collection. After checking the dioramas, I detect the same issue, one of the figures is discolored.
Vestige stomach shows 14/14 relics, but after reading this thread I check again. One was missing, so I collect it. Achievement unlocked.
Issue here is that the stomach still shows 14/14 when it should be 15/14.
It would be great if you could fix it for other players.
