QUETSTION: New skins and fixing issues skins

This might be a long shot but I needed to find some place to ask these questions. I like Grand Theft Auto 3 fine, but I would like different clothes for Claude. I am wondering two things: are there any GOOD skin models out for claude that are not meant as joke mods (no joker, Jason Voorhees, Fnaf, panda etc kind of skins that turn claude into something odd or unfitting for the game)?

I found some mods, but they did not work for me. I am completely inapt at this stuff so I am looking for very basic instructions that tell things in clear language. I'm like Hank from King of the Hill, "Do I look like I know what a dll file is?"

The mod GTA III - Xbox Version HD https://www.nexusmods.com/gta3/mods/170 screwed up my skins. They look corrupted and claude's face looks like a bug man, which would be a funny stand alone mod, not so much when it is just for casual play. How can I fix this in future (I just want to reinstall now). I do not understand much about modding at all.

The Xbox HD mod messes up skins because it uses a different TXD and IMG folder. So any changes to Claude's skin and outfit has to also be installed in the Xbox HD mod's TXD and IMG folder, not separately in a different one. Also, there is the "Claude HD mod" by OnePiece that changes Claude into a high definition version of him. Keep in mind, you'll need to also use IMGTool to extract Claude's "head" files from the IMG and TXD because they are not present in the original or Xbox HD mod IMG and TXD files. He made a separate "Head" file for him because Claude's texture is separated into two parts, one being the lower body and the other just the head. https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=12878
