Can't run the game on Windows 11

Whenever I try to run the game 2 ASILoader errors will pop up. Namely: "Unable to load Airtrain.asi Error:1114" and "Unable to load GInputIII.asi Error:1114". I tried to run it with Windows 98 compatibility and 640x480 resolution, installing SilentPatch, updating DirectX, and enabling DirectPlay. None of the things work. Any ideas how can I resolve the problem?

Try removing all mods, verifying game files, and relaunching to make sure mods aren't interfering.

I have another problem, I had saved in the first or second slot, and when I started the game I had everything, including weapons, just mods that belong to that game, now I have nothing, no mods, because before starting the game there is a load game and a delete game and a save game there there are no mods, I don't have any, I accidentally deleted it from the slot, now I don't know how to do it, any suggestions or anyone who would like to help me
