Anyway, you should never download system DLLs from random sites because they can be malicious.
MSVCP100.dll is a Visual C++ library, and came bundled in the VC++ Redist 2010. You should download the whole package (8 mb) from Microsoft and install it.

You can download and install what you want (just keep the correct order and respect the prerequisite for each mod) or download the whole package and follow the installer instructions.
You should use my patch with a clean install of the game.
