hello i've been wanting to mod gta 3 for a while can you teach me how to mod gta 3 2021 working and is it even possible to mod gta 3? and been confused by youtubers saying put mod in game folder what should i do what folder do i put my mods? whats the best website to download mods for gta? what loader should i use? what downgrader should i use? pls help

Yes. Find a downgraded exe online first, then make a backup of your old exe files if something wrong happens. Then pretty much you can start modding the game after its downgraded to 1.0. 1.1 version is limited in regards to modding but you can still mod it as well. Its just some mods will crash the game if you do not downgrade it to 1.0

In regards to the other questions ask each one by one. I will try to assist however I can (as each mod installs differently). If you ask me how to install an ASI mod to correct game issues it is different than installing a CLEO mod. If you ask me how to manually install its different than using an auto installer, you see?

Note: To downgrade any GTA trilogy game (GTA III, GTA VC, GTA SA) you need to make a fresh install of the game via steam (delete the folder entirely from the steam directory its installed on. This is to make the chances higher on a successfull downgrade so its recommended before making a downgrade
