Since you're just a few missions from 100% - and Kenji's aren't the most important ones - you could use a save file editor to automatically pass them (although the one I previously used didn't have this feature, don't know if another one that does exist). I could give you my 100% save file in case you want to mess around without having to restart from the beginning. Either way would be considered "cheating" by most people, but it's your choice.
In the situation you would still want to start from scratch, I will warn you of the hardlocks you can entrap yourself into if you don't know in which order you should complete missions. You should pass :
- Luigi + Joey missions before "Sayonara Salvatore" (Asuka)
- Kenji missions before "Waka Gashira Wipeout" (Donald Love)
- Asuka (condo) missions before "Grand Theft Aero" (Donald Love)
- Uzi Rider (D-Ice, red phone) before The Exchange (Catalina), because of a glitch.
Also Paramedic before Sayonara Salvatore. It's not mandatory but I still highly recommand it.
I know I would be really pissed if I had the same thing happen with San Andreas, or V... I had it with IV so it's already enough.
Anyway, good luck on your second try for 100%! This time will do.
