Missing missions preventing 100% *SPOILERS*
Hello friends!

I am stuck at 68 of 73 completed missions. I've completed the last mission, the only mission icon now available is the pay phone on Portland, which repeatedly offers the Turismo mission (the race one), despite completing the mission numerous times.

I know for a fact there are several Kenji missions I am missing, as I was unable to complete Deal Steal (The one that requires a Yardie Lobo). After cruising around Newport for half an hour and still unable to locate one, I killed myself to abandon mission. I don't believe Kenji has been available since.

As a side note, the import/export car garage in Portland would forget my progress several times. I would have some/most of the cars on the list crossed off. Upon arriving with a new vehicle, the list would show none crossed off. Adding the cars again would give me the cash bonus, and cross it off the list. This happened to me several times, but is now working properly.

Any ideas how to get the mission back? Is there a console mode I could utilize to trigger the mission, perhaps?

GTA III has that horrible thing where you can lock yourself from 100% if you pass the missions in a certain order. So if you didn't complete every Kenji's missions before killing him, the only legit thing to do is to start all over again.

If you're not willing to start from 0%, then you can use a savefile editor to mark the missions as completed. I remember using this one [www.gtagarage.com]when I came accross a glitch on The Exchange and it really helped me out!

In the case you want to start from the beginning, I can warn you about the different ways to be locked from 100%, so you're sure not to do the same mistake again :
- Complete every Luigi and Joey missions before Last Requests (Salvatore's final mission).
- Complete every Kenji missions before Waka Gashira Wipeout (Love's second mission).
- Complete every Azuka missions before Grand Theft Aero (Love's fourth mission).
- Complete Uzi Rider before The Exchange (D-Ice's first mission).
- Try to do as much side-missions in Portland as possible while the Mafia isn't against you.
- Do not try to perform any duping or glitches messing up with missions (script killing or anything).

Also, I've never experienced anything weird with the Import-Export, so I don't really know how to help you on this matter. Sorry!
