Are tanks indestructibles?
If they don't fall into the water, and don't overturn, will they stay intact regardless of gunfire or explosions?

This question is valid for Vice City too

If I'm not mistaken, a tank spawned by a cheat code has the same traits, however it will also never despawn.
I'm sure VC's Rhino has the same protections as well.
