Gore?
What happened to it? I remember there being gore in the game, shooting off arms and legs, and blood shooting everywhere. What happened? The cheat nastylimbscheat no longer works. Is there anything i can do to get gore to work anymore?

I had the same issue (since I'm from France), and I found this patch to get the Uncut version of the game : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7qkWdGhPuk
Tutorial is German, but if you just follow the video you can still install it.
This patch also fixed some bugs for me (dark cars, etc.), so I definetely recommand it. It may not work for you though because... different specs and stuff but that's probably worth a try.

i have gore in my game- limbs of old women in blue flying off when you throw bomb
