Game Freezes at "Luigi's Girls"
Hi. I bought a GTA III recently at an honest price. But nothing works. I've installed the Silent patches. It started working but, in a few minutes, the game freezes at the very first mission, called "Luigi's girls" (in the loading time). What should i do?

Turn on Frame Limiter.

Ok, now it works. But is just unplayable at 30 fps. There is a mod where i can turn off the Frame Limiter in a sort of safe mode?

This is happening to me as well when I start a new game. Also I have the "Intercity Highway" mod installed and when I enter Staunton Island from another city the game freezes on the "Welcome to Staunton Island" screen. I have to log out of Windows (I use Windows 8.1) and log back in. I can't turn the game off from Control Panel. I have Frame Limiter on.
