Does anyone ever struggle over most gta3 missions?

Yeah the game isn't really that hard, the only thing that make this game hard is it's own game engine for example if cops will hit you with their own vehicle your car will bounce, you can't jump out of car when it is driving and also you character can't swim which isn't that much of a problem anyway.

I found GTA Liberty City Stories worse, but that was mainly the stupid aiming controls and targeting system, and that it was PS2 and not PC.

I'm wrapping up Donald Love's missions after unlocking Shoreside Vale but I wouldn't say the game is very hard. When you get used to the driving controls, remember to hang back a little when there are lots of enemies shooting at you, basically be patient with the game design and you'll beat it. Some of the side missions (e.g. Kingdom Come) are more challenging.

Tried playing two years ago and got stuck at the flamethrower mission. Now I'm stick at bomb da base. Finally got further into t and it made me target and shoot 8-Ball. Just why! Lol

The mission ‘S.A.M.’ is my only nemesis here. It has stopped multiple playthroughs for me out of frustration. Way too long with too many opportunities to fail the mission.

The Donald Love mission where you have to drive the security van with max wanted level has caused me quite a few failures too.

Oh boy S.A.M was pretty frustrating I think I had to do it four times or more to actually complete. At least with espresso to go you had time to plan out your approach. And the one Donald love mission I remember being ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is the time you had to escort a armored van to a garage keeping the cubans from destroying it

Finishing the game is probably the most satisfying moment in my "gaming career" the game was really tough to me, but I can appreciate it for all its worth. While playing Vice city I cant help but feel some nostalgia for gta 3 even though its been almost a week when I started playing vice city.

I see why people are freaked out by the mission its just that I got too fustrated at that section because how it was laid out with I think 5 or 6 vans that spawned these dudes.

well gta 3 even for his time it wasnt to good made so what do you expect you litterary wont have a chance to make a mission if ya have 3 or more wanted levels cuz cops are gods and yr a rat in this game they just step on you and you die

Espresso 2 Go is quite easy, you just have to drive around and uncover all the 9 stalls. The timer won't start until you attack. But yeah, as mentioned, explosives are a good way to deal with them.

The game isn't that hard, it can be buggy and that can screw you over sure. Play GTA 1 if you want to really pull your hair out, one hit kill and you can't retry missions. Not to mention missions are best for the score multiplier needed to move to the next level.

GTA 3 is a challenge, but it is still solidly made for the most part.

Sometimes you can mess up by doing missions in the wrong order, like killing someone in one mission but you still have missions to do for them so you can't get 100%. Then there's El Burro that has you drive around Portland picking up magazines, best done before the mafia hate you...although it is doable while they do, you have to drive perfectly and hope they miss a lot of their shots.

Same, this one always gives me a headache. Sometimes he gets shredded immediately, other times he makes it all the way to the garage only to end up dead as he pulls up to it. Keeps getting stuck too...but then escort missions are just trash anyway.
