Save unsuccessful problem [SOLVED]

Before you yelling at me, I looked for a couple discussion here about the same problem. I found solutions that said: "uninstall anti-virus program" or "put gta3.exe to the exceptions"

Nothing works.

I tried to install the game to the C drive. Nothing.
I tried to launch the game as admin and switched the compatibility to WinXp. Nothing.
I tried mods. Nothing.
I tried to turn off Steam Overlay. Nothing.

I can't save in this f*cking game. If someone had this problem and he solved it. Please, tell me!

SOLVED
Try to create "GTA3 User Files" folder to My Documents folder. After that launch the game now you can save your game. I hope it helps.

First I thought that this is ridiculous. But I tried anyway. Sadly this didn't work. :(

Something prevents saving to My Documents folder. OneDrive could be an issue. Don't know then. Check if the folder is even readable. There should be a folder called GTA3 User Files with settings and saves in it.

That's the problem. I have not any GTA 3 folder. Not in Documents, not in Rockstar Games folder. :-\

That's it. That was the solution. First I tried to create that "GTA3 User Files" folder in My Documents but the system didn't let me do that. With 15 minutes work I getting access to create a folder in My Documents. Created GTA3 User Files folder, launched the game and....I can save now.

I have created a GTA3 User Files folder in my documents right by my gta sa user files folder but saving is still unsuccessful, care to elaborate on exact procedure that got it to work?

Save your files somewhere. Disable OneDrive. Then create the folder again and paste your files. Disabling OneDrive is important it messed up all of my save files too.
