how to install mods?

im trying to get a simple mod work that allow me to move the camera when on the vehicle and i cant. it has something to do with cleo.

download some pack of mods of those that are in youtube normally install the cleo then you put everything back original and you have the cleo installed. I think I did it that way I do not remember exactly

i want to install a specific mod that will only allow me to move the camera on car. i will need to do it with the cleo mod, but i cant made it to work...

that mod is no longer support

Hey guys I've been working on a new custom launcher for GTA 3. Please try it out and tell me if you like it. I will make a website for it soon, and add some mods. There's no mods for it available yet since it uses its own mod file format and I haven't made any yet, and I'm still working on a Mod Builder for the community to use. Oh yeah, one more thing. My antivirus went slightly hyper and started deleting the launchers files and labelling them as "trojans", but after switching it off and adding an exception for the folder does the trick.

You might need to start this launcher outside of Steam. Just put the whole folder on your desktop or anywhere else such as My Documents, and run the Start Launcher.exe file, then when the launcher asks you, select the launcher.exe file inside the MAINDATA folder, then when the launcher asks you, navigate to the GTA 3 install directory. I strongly recommend starting this launcher with admin rights for at least the first time to avoid errors.
