Meowitzer Boss Bugging out

After fighting the Cat boss a few times, it suddenly vanished one fight, and just didnt return.
Next encounter the same, it suddenly vanishes and i either take invisible damage till death, or its a just a empty level that never ends.
That is not every time i run into that boss, without fail. So a lost run each time.

Anyone else experiencing this or have an idea to where the issue lies :) ?

me too, right now actually. Its seems to be a total softlock. dont know how to fix it
