I have all the hats but the game check only 32/34

What i'm missing?
I've collect all the hats in this list: https://enterthegungeon.gamepedia.com/Hats

However, i can't buy anyone from the shop, and i've unlocked the rest by completing challenges

I have the same problem with the 32/34. Tho when i looked through the hat list, i found i was missing 'The Dog' hat. There was no instructions on how to unlock so it seemed like it was already in the shop but ive bought everything in the shop and its not there. it probs requires an unlock.

I've unlocked another hat, simply doing (apparently) one run with the marine.

Are you missing the Queen and the Meat? I was missing those 2. I got the Meat after the Drunkard opens up his bar, and the Queen I got from Winchester's bets when Winchester is in the Drunkard's bar.

Though i cannot confirm, I have seen several others say that "The Dog" Is unlocked by beating the game with hunters' alt skin (The one that costs 50 hegemony credits)

Ok new problem: unlocked the last two hats but on achievements list marks always 32/34 xD

have you talked to the guards after beating beast mode/ beast mode level 2? ive unlocked 2 hats that way

I have all the hats, but on steam marks always 32/34
The counter stopped to count them after i finished to buy the hats from shop. The ones unlocked after i've finished the shop, doesn't count

i was wearing the cool guy hat and after i restarted the game the snail was transformed into a hat. i talked to the hat guy and the snail, then i completed the run (i did it with hunter in the wolf costume; idk if that matters or not). after that run i had the dog hat unlocked.

Turn on beast mode and beat the game with it on,talk to the guards and theyll give you a hat,that unlocks beastmode level two ,turn that on and beat the game with it on and talk to the guards.now your done.
