How to unlock every NPCs?

I can't find a guide, and after unlocked few of them i didn't find anyone else...any guide?

you just gotta do runs and the rat will show up, buy a key, unlock an npc. Pretty simple. You'll know you unlocked all of them when the achievement pops up and when the rat stops showing up. I'm pretty sure he doesn't show up on every run

Not 100% sure if it is true, but I spent hours trying to get the last NPC to unlock without The Rat showing up, then I saw someone mention how you had to buy something from the last shop NPC you unlocked for the cycle to continue. My last NPC unlocked was Professor Goopton and hadn't bought anything from it as it didn't have anything good, but after purposely buying something there the The Rat showed up again.

It might be you have to talk with each NPC once or twice (should be enough for the ones that simply give you stuff, though I talk to them all until they refuse to talk anymore) and interact further by buying something from their shop (if shop NPC in either random encounter or Underbreach) or playing their mini-game (if mini-game NPC).

Ok i will go for trigger some of them. Maybe the story can go forward :)
