What happens when you reunite Old Red with daisy.

I just gave Old red daisy and all I got was an achievement, is something supposed to happen

Just found out what happens. So happy to be reunited with the baby shelleton.

i also completed this in a run earlier today, how do i get baby shelleton from it?

The next time you go to his room after giving him daisy he will give you a chest and when you open it you will get the baby shelleton.
