How to complete the quests?
I was wondering, Bello told me he wanted a heavy stool (among other members asking me for stuff) and, during winchester's game, i shot out the rat's blimp carrying the stool, but then i could not get it anywhere nor return it to bello... Any idea why?

u have to shoot the item hanging not the balloon itself. if u pop the balloon u lose the item

Is this how you finish all of those NPC-specific achievements? Like reuniting Old Red and Daisy, and helping Prof Goopton, and saving Flynt from embarrassment?
