Error: File comparison failed, weak network connection

My friend has this error: File Comparison failed, weak network connection. Yet their internet is fine, no issue on others games but it's just this game that refuses to update or anyhting. It can't get passed 20-22%. Anyone has a solution?

Tried:
Disabling Firewall
Reinstalling/verifying game cache
Tried to install and play this ons mobile phone(This does work)
flushdns cmd and google chrome.
Going to cyberhunter.game gets us to the page but is half shown (buttons are invisible but clickable) trying to download the windows version there gets them a err_connection_closed on google chrome.

What country are you from and what ISP? Could be related to that?

When you try to download the game from the cyber hunter website you/they get error.

Is the link I am linking below is the same as them?
Try using the firefox and do report back. This is kind of a critical bug/error.

Its because they cant connect to CCP servers lol. All jokes aside, its because u can't connect to chinese servers. Plus, since you're from the US, the CCP WILL be interested in getting data on you.
