When does the winter stuff update come this year?

Depending on how you want to play your game, you could just change your PC's date to a winter date and the game will update. I changed mine to 12/30/2023 today and the winter items are in the shop.

I believe it will be up on December 21st, based on when the last few seasons have come out. Summer, for example, came out on June 21st.
