Crash on start

I was able to briefly play the game until I tried changing to fullscreen because it crashed. now every time I start the game I get this:

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unkown] [Line:249]
Result failed
at
D:/Build/++UE4/Sync/Engine/Source/Runtime/Windows/D3D11RHI/Private/D3D
11Viewport.cpp:369
with error DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL

Anybody know a fix?

Many players crash here, so to recover from this crash delete the following files:

C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Hentai\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini

これはUnrealEngine4を使用しているゲームでたまに良くある不具合だそうですが、このゲームの場合アンインストールしたり起動オプションを設定しても復旧しないので、ユーザーフォルダの奥底にあるEngine.iniを削除してみましょう。

たった今ゲームをクラッシュして確認しましたが、この方法でたぶん大丈夫です。
アンインストールの必要はなく、ファイル削除だけでok。

it got fixed thank you. I had to do some extra stuff but this helped me narrow it down.

I also deleted the crash logs, from what I remember. To be sure, I'll reinstall the game, get it to crash, and see if what i did is what I remember doing.

1.open your file explorer, go to your OS (example: OS (C:)
2. find and open your Users folder
3.open the folder with your user (in my case: aphro), there should be an AppData folder inside along with Desktop, Documents, etc.
4. open that AppData folder and your should get to a Local, LocalLow, and a Roaming folder ( I dont know if yours will be any different
5. open the Local folder and find the file Hentai and open it and the Saved file within
6. open the Crashes and delete all of the files within
7. go back and delete the SaveGames folder
8. (optional I believe) open the Config folder, open the WindowsNoEditor folder and delete the engine.ini
9. exit out, go to the game on steam, and hit play
10. let me know if it still doesn't work and we'll go from there

I did this right now, didn't worked.
