Giving Beatrice the Finger(s)

When I played yesterday from the 3.0.7 game save, where I won the war as Sordand, playing a game in 3.0.8 as Rizia where I also gave the queen the finger did not result in the newly added achievement unlocking.

It could be that I needed to flip the bird in Suzerain on a 3.0.8 run of Sordland for it to register properly, but just wanted to put this out there as I'm not sure the achievement works currently.

Might be a while before I try to screw Rumburg over in both games, so wanted to know if anyone has had any luck with this particular achievement yet?
