I would love to have the option, based on some preconditions to create a Secret Police, that I can then use to target political enemies, and I can also send it against the Young Sords or Red Youth, in stead of the anti-corruption police.

I'd also like to have the ability to imprison political enemies, and/or assasinate them with risk.

Lastly and this is semi-related, I'd like to be able to choose my cabinet at the start of the game, and then fire and actually offer the positions to the people that I want.

many of the events could remain the same, but some would be flavored with the other cabinent member. It's my cabinent, why do I feel I have no control over it? especially when they are insolent and openly oppose me.

I did a new run, and it turns out I can form a secret state police.

It should be a sandbox game, btw - it's brilliant, and with a little radiant questing and more work it could be infinitely replayable.
