What happens in Sordland in a Rizia game with the default story?

For some reason you can't load a prior completed game when starting Rizia, you can only continue directly from a Sordland campaign you just finished. So what happens in Sordland if you start Rizia "fresh"???

I deleted all my old saves before I realized that this is how it worked, so this is what I experienced on a Default Sordland run:

Rayne does not let Rizia invest in Gasom -- your ministers will tell you that they were frozen out of the negotiations.

Sordland's participation status in Operation Beartrap is never mentioned.

The status of Sordland's constitutional reforms is never mentioned.

There is no war between Sordland and Rumburg. GRACE wasn't doing super hot by the end of my reign, so there may have been sanctions involved.

Rayne is elected to a second term. Presumably this means he stopped the recession, as it's pretty much impossible to win reelection with the Great Depression and no war victory.

This is in a run where I turned Rizia into a democracy and formed Intermerkopan. I never took my Sordish relations beyond the liquor deal -- no seaside resorts or investments at the end of Alphonso's term.
