I would like to checkout whether it's possible to create a secular state without pissing off everyone in 3.1

In my last playthrough I appeased the smoochers in order to become friendly with Derdia and form my own bloc. That caused the smoochers to have the highest opinion of me out of the three Nurity branches and indirectly increased the number of people subscribing to the smoocher branch endgame which wasn't what I intended to do.

No lol best you can do is State Nurity since that doesnt piss everyone off.

I would reform Rizia, without angering three houses and others as I would reunite Pales and Zille by founding Intermerkopum.

Result for the run I had once? I was remembered as Romus the Great.

I don't know if new decrees would make the game more fun anyway. But I guess I could do an absolutism run... again. I hope new decrees allow us to remove the noble families governance over cities and provinces, as I really wanted to have a unified kingdom without these medieval fiefdoms.
