Guide that works for 3.0.7?

Hi there, I first played the game a couple years ago and decided to replay the base game again before doing the DLC. A LOT has changed, so after going through the game a couple times on my own (and getting different endings) I decided to use a guide to for the game.

Problem is, the 'search by most recent' function doesn't work that well (it doesn't keep selected that I just want breakthroughs) and looking over the guides I see a lot of them are either very outdated or just for version 3, when the current version of 3.0.7 has put in enough changes that people have commented in those guides that they no longer work.

Is there a guide here that's been tested to work with 3.0,7? Thanks!
