How to get the "Bluddish Dream" achievement?

Hello, has anyone found a surefire way to get the achievement? The Minority right's commission is pretty straightforward while adding articles 6 and 7 part can be done with compromises with the party. Yet, I've not found a way to get all the above PLUS the autonomous Bergia element, the third and final piece of the puzzle. Therefore, what are your recommendations? How can this be done? Can the reforms pass without the support of the main party? I wait patiently for your reply.

If you ally the PJFP, you can pass the semi-autonomous zone through the assembly, or keep the "normal" presidential decrees and pass it as a decree.
However, you have to tell Nia to work on the project for the option to be available.
Also, if you have the "normal" decrees, don't pardon Soll era political prisoners, if you do, the meeting with Mansoun Leke (the one in witch he lobbies for the minority rights act) won't happen (at least it didn't in version 2.0).

Yeah, that's good to know. However, what are the mesures required to get all three options? What reforms of the constitution can I compromise in order to be able to get the possibility of the achievement?

Basically :
Article 6 and 7 : during victort day, side with PJFP, you will have a meeting with mansoun and fetih eijal, and they will propose to add tha amendment in exchange for intel about the leaders of the BFF.
After that, you will have to negociate with the party. If the original proposal is mild enough, they won't ask you yo change the proposal (touching the member of honor is a line they will not cross).
Be cordial with gloria, when you get the chance, tell her about your deal with the bludish leaders.
They will accept only if you revert the EPA, the privatization of heathcare (if you did any of that), and imprison fetih Eijal or abandon the autonomous zone project. You can keep only one, so keep the zone.
After that, you will meet Ricter, but dont worry, he is bluffing if you didn't change anything else in the consitutional amendment

Minority act : If you attend Aschraf without a security convoy, Mansoun will ask you to pass it as a decree or send it to the assembly.
Bergia autonomous zone : ask Nia to work on it during the meeting about Bergia

Regarding the reversal of the EPA, it can lead you to earn the "kiss my gas" achievement, but I won't spoil it if you don't want to.

And if you don't want Garaci to be elected Chief justice, nominate Ovid Grecer ("the most experienced judge") as replacement for Hawker.
It does not matter if you promised him the position.
