Pope Sal did it. Their faith had a crazy Dune-like prophecy about chosen one, he gave the king drug from the plant so he could get some great vision or something, small doses did nothing, when he got high one he just ODd and died. I think Titus was also on it, he let the Sal into the king on his watch. Lucita dug this all for me.

He didn't want to kill him specifally, but he gave him increasing doses of mind-altering drugs in hope of unlocking some superpowers. Once I captured him. Sal was like "Ok, he's not the chosen one. Could be his son. Romus, would you like some drugs?"

Event let you send him to prison, but I would rather send him into mental hospital actually, I suspect stuff he drunk during the ceremony was also this drug,

Actually, I wasn't sure why you can't arrest both of them. Titus certainly was accomplice for "murder"

Well, in this case it makes sense I guess. For me Titus feels like Karl from Sorland run, pretty useful.
