This is just some random list of character secret or suspected identities. Feel free to add or dispute.

Musk = confirmed Rumburg smuggler of weapons to terrorist.
Koronti = Money launderer cartel boss.
Lileas = Masterminded the killing of Bernard Circas to halt the reform progress. She will do anything for her Soll.
WPB leader = insider of BFF
Lucian = old kingdom operative
Rayne = a reincarnator with accelerated thinking during dialogues
Albin Clavin = His son is stupid at math and classmate of Deana, daughter of Rayne. And authoritarian.
Kibener = Hitler v 2 with Pure Blood rhetoric during presidential debate.
Livia = Ilana spy for Rumburg.

There's some dialogue paths with Koronti (or were in 1.9 legacy) that I think went something like him confirming the Koranelli and Koronti families were basically one and the same.
The Lileas and murder issue could also be attained if you manage to spy on her, you could even send her to prison in Antel Rock but I don't recall how.
Lucian's new dialogue regarding the kingdom is iffy. He doesn't look that much older than Anton.

Through ACP once you investigate the old guards. Then the Lileas meeting will commence. Instead of her resigning as a minister and fighting against you in USP, she can be arrested.
