Rich Rayne gets a small popularity debuff. If you voted for Soll in the elections you are more respected by the conservatives and the USP. Your degree also matters especially if you are looking to change the constitution... And of course if you joined the Red Youth or Young Sords that opens up dialogue and roleplay options. I'm sure there are more I am still uncovering secrets in this game.

1. Poor (1 wealth, extra popularity with Bluds)
2. Middle class (2 wealth, normal popularity)
3. Rich (3 wealth, less popularity)

Degree:
1. Law (easier to convince Justice Edmonds and reform)
2. Economic (make Oligarch likes you more)
3. History (make foreign leaders like you more)

Youth Organization (either young or red) gives you extra dialogue, and achievement if you fund the same youth you once a member in the past.

Wehlen border: If you escort the soldiers back, Iosef likes you more and vice versa.
