Is there any affect if you don't let Monica have a public speech?

I support Monica's idea but that will anger Tory's side, if I don't let Monica have the public speech at Benfi, how bad will affect to the family and the relation with her?

You can patch it up with Monica. After the speech she'll confront you about your lack of support and if you explain why you couldn't let her do her speech, and otherwise remain supportive she'll give you another chance to support her cause and if you agree your relationship doesn't suffer.

Depending on what kind of economy and constitution you want it may not be worth even attempting to get Tory on board.
