Guide for Best Ending?
Does anyone have a guide for all the best choices and dialogue options to get the re-election ending the best way, because I have been trying to find many guides online but they have not been very helpful and I am still making wrong choices.

I mean, how do I get the reform re-election ending

How liberal of a constitution are you trying to pass? Are you going for the 3% threshold? You can get the conservatives to back a constitution that includes either a lower electoral threshold OR the removal of the Member of Honor clause but not both.

As a general hint what is "best" for the country may not necessarily be what's popular with the people. Sordland is a country that was under a proto-fascist dictatorship for almost 20 years, and the man that was dictator is still regarded as a saint to about half the population. In general do not piss off the conservative wing of the party as conservatives make up the majority of the party. So if your determined to pass reforms and laws that actively targets conservatives you may need to rely on less than legal means to win re-election.

If you're having trouble maintaining party leadership when challenged forming the anti-corruption police and targeting the Old Guard will prevent that.

I suspect, though I haven't confirmed this, that winning the war against Rumburg significantly boosts your popularity and makes re-election easier.

...why is it that every single response I get from questions like this is just some sort of philosophical thing? Whatever. I just want to have as much public opinion as possible while also getting re-elected, that's all.

The reason you get a philosophical answer is that you ask a philosophical question, what is "best" depends on what you think. Some people would say that the best ending is where you change nothing at all about the country. There is no "best" ending because each ending to somebody is a good one.

Because you havent specified what exactly your goals are

You said
>High public opinion
and
>being re-elected
while going the reform path

but you havent told us if you want to actually make your country better, how much to reform, which block you want to join, if have problem with being corrupt, if you want to sell the country to the oligarhs ect

How do use the anti-corruption police to deal with the Old Guard? Each time I play and get the anti-corruption police to investigate the Old Guard the game always says they can't find any evidence use on the Old Guard

wait for the turn after the supreme court vote and you will see the first effects. if you investigate the Old Guard you can choose to fire almost all government employees or just focus on who is doing the conspiracies inside your cabinet

Just have to wait, investigations take time after all. When you do use the anti-corruption police it scares some of the Old Guard on the Supreme Court into voting your way and eventually they discover that Lileas Graf is responsible for the assassination at the beginning of the game and you can arrest her. She then cant mount a primary challenge and you will be the only candidate for the USP

Do you receive any proof or messages that show that the Old Guard has been scared into voting for you?

I believe there's a little little note that popes up eventually saying that the that the ACP haven't found anything yet but that the Old Guard is getting nervous about the investigations and are laying low. I believe though that the ACP only nets you one extra vote but I'm not 100% sure.
